Very cozy, very, very friendly reception, very nice, courteous service for us the best Spaniard there is! Top 5/5 Ambience 9/10 Prices 6/10 Taste 9/10 Choice 8/10 Again and again !
One of my favorite restaurants in Düsseldorf. The owner Simone with his southern manner very, very humorous and very personable. The food is really amazing there. From the starters to the desert, everything is very appetizing. I love going to Simone. Bye for now. best regards Salih from Duisburg
One of my all time favorite restaurants! Everything is right here. Price-performance ratio is completely okay and the service and the quality of the food is top. I can only recommend it!
The fish was frozen and the side salad with majo sauce ..... staff was very nice and polite!
The best original Spanish restaurant in Düsseldorf!
Friendly service, delicious food, highly recommended
Has already delivered better. Corona-weakened
Very friendly service, almost familiar. Food always fresh and delicious!
We wait outside as instructed, but no one received us. People came later got their table, but the staffs simply neglected us. Will not try again.
I can really recommend this place! Everything is a treat for the palate. The portions are of a good and filling size, the armchairs are extremely comfortable, and I find the distance between the seats extremely adequate. There you in no way get the feeling of dining like fish in a can. Not only the nice staff was the absolute hit when I visited, but also the good ambience.
My absolute favorite Spaniards. The food has been of consistently good quality for years, the owners are super nice and the bread with the best aioli ever is simply a poem. As long as there is Casa Galicia, I will eat there too.
The staff doesn't talk to you and you won't be served after the first order. The empty plates were only cleared after about 40 minutes. The food was okay, but too expensive.
Unfortunately no longer recognizable in terms of quality and ambience. Paella tastes good with counted fish and mussels. Sole served bland and unloving. House wine red and White wine flat in taste The young waiter was super friendly and helpful, the older one was not overbearing and arrogant
I'm really amazed at how these top reviews come about here! The staff can be nice if you only understand them. No matter how authentic Spanish waiters are - we are unfortunately in Germany and you should be able to speak this language. The food was average at most and the price-performance ratio is not correct! There are much better restaurants in Oberkassel.
Fantastic food and great ambience. The boss serves and the boss cooks. Highly recommended!!! ?
Authentic Galician cuisine, great paella. Very personable service, which also serves humor. Delicious drinks. With patio. Everything was really right here. We would love to come back!
This restaurant really has the potential to become my new favorite place. The chairs are very comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is very reasonable. There you don't get the feeling of having dinner in the can like fish. Prominent and friendly service. I think all the staff there did a very good job, we were there together and each of us ordered something different - for my part, I can say that I tasted a little bit of everything and it was really good.
Great, very friendly and helpful service. Delicious meal. Special requests are always welcome. Also exceptionally child-friendly and always good for a nice (birthday) surprise. :-) We look forward to the next visit.
Service, atmosphere like in Spain, salmon soup and monkfish perfectly delicious
Love this place!! Great atmosphere, awesome food, affordable price. We went there as a couple, but would also be great destination for a group hang out. We had Paella and were served bread with dipping sauces (best Aioli!!) as well as Aperitif. Our waiter didn't really speak German I assumed, but then there was a super nice lady who helped and served us. Would definitely come back.
Food is really great and the service very attentive and friendly. Especially on warmer days, if you want to dine outside, it is already a bit tight at the table, otherwise I would have given the 5th star.
The atmosphere is good, food is not bad. The beef is good
We got that place recommended from friends and reserved for 6 at 20:30. We were the latest guests, as all other tables were already finished with the main course. That was lucky for us, as the waitress (and owner) was alone doing all tables, so she had time for us enough. Cosy place but rather small plates of tapas compared to other Spanish restaurants in old town. The meat was tasty but a bit more cooked than medium and we ordered medium rare. But we learned that you have to tell you mean medium rare really, as German customer expect a level more cooked with the a cooking grade. The Cava was great but the red wine was disappointing, first bottle 2014 Murieta Riserva was 'dead'. The owner changed it, but also the second one was only little better. We had no explanation why this wine was not how we knew this wine. We got offered a Apéro liquor and also a shot at the end.
Tasty grilled fish
Delicious Spanish food. The clerk is very friendly. English menu available. There is a child seat.
Good food, but too expensive.
Super food, warm heart service.
slow service, but good attitude
Stunning menu..lovely wine and very polite staff....will return!
nice atmosphere, friendly and warm hearted staff but the food is not worthed the price / the time.
Small entrance plate and shots on the house! And the food... even the simplest plates are incredible! I recommend!
Took them about 20 minutes after we'd sat down at an outside table before they came to clear the table from the previous occupants and take our drinks order. Service then improved for a while, until we'd finished eating our main (and only) course, when we then had to wait for ages for them to clear our plates and again to bring the bill. The food (steaks) was good but not outstanding. Too much garlic generally and bread and dips weren't great at all. For the same or much less money, there are many better restaurants in Oberkassel.
Good
Friendly people, good Spanish food and there's almost always a table free.
Good
Good restaurant, the tapas is good, the seafood can be better and will be perfect if they can have some good jamon.
very nice ambience. good food.
